Dear Friends:

Thank your for your interest in Hope Unites. Hope Unites was established in 2003 with the intention of being an integrated and inclusive place of worship. We celebrate that there are many paths to the Holy in our lives and welcome all people to worship with us.

Our services demonstrate our inclusive understanding of God. We honor and respect each person’s experience of the Holy in their lives and the language that they choose to express this experience. At Hope Unites we celebrate diversity and hope that this will be evident in everything that we do including our worship, outreach and the members of our congregation. Our meetings are held in sacred circles and the members of the congregation make the decisions for their church through consensus.

Hope Unites is committed to creating a safe and welcoming space to all people and to express our ministry in the Orlando community and the world. We hope to be a different voice for those who celebrate the sacred in their lives. We are a Christian community and therefore see the teachings of Jesus to be one of the lenses through which we see our experience of God. Many things have been said in the name of Christianity and therefore Hope Unites is committed to be an alternative voice in our world.
